Get paid for what you already know.
Technology companies pay for time with operators who actually run stores. If that is you, we will pay you for it — never in exposure, never in a free trial, never in a chance to be featured.
Where everyone starts. Your rate rises with your level as you take part — every level pays more for exactly the same call.
A one-to-one runs 45 minutes; a group session an hour and pays 1.5×. Paid as a gift card or a donation in your name — the terms say exactly how, including what happens if you have to drop out.
Five levels. You start at Pearl the moment your profile is complete — taking part is what moves you along it.
A one-to-one earns 15 points and a group session 10. Referring another operator who joins and gets verified earns 20. Every level pays more for exactly the same call — a director's one-to-one goes from £100.00 at Pearl to £200.00 at Platinum.
The one catch, said plainly: stop taking part for a year and the points you earned from sessions expire, so your level drops. You always keep Pearl, and anything already booked pays the rate you were shown.
Tell us what you run
Your seniority, the platforms you work with, the categories you cover. We verify it before anything is priced — usually a day or two.
Take what suits you
Every open session shows what it pays before you commit. For a one-to-one you offer three times and we fix one with the client. Nothing is confirmed the moment you press the button.
Turn up and be honest
Forty-five minutes on a call, or an hour in a room with other operators. Nobody is selling to you, and you are not expected to be positive.
Get paid
Your Pion333rs account lead handles the payment for you — a gift card of your choice, or a donation in your name, within 30 days. Nothing to invoice.
Two formats. You are told which one a session is, and what it pays, before you agree to anything.
One-to-one
A call with the people building the product — usually a founder, a product lead or a researcher. They ask, you answer. You offer three times that suit you and we fix one of them with the client, so it lands in a gap you chose.
Group session
A room with other brand operators, on one topic. You apply rather than book, because what the client is paying for is the mix of people in the room — so we choose it, and tell you either way. Expect to disagree with someone; that is the useful part.
Either way we email you a brief beforehand with who you are meeting and when. Nobody is selling to you and you are not expected to be positive — if the product is wrong, saying so is the job. Your email address never goes to the client, and we only introduce you afterwards if you tell us to.
