Loading
Orbyt uses one cookie: orbyt_session, which keeps you logged in to your account. It's strictly necessary — the site can't know it's you without it — it lasts up to 30 days, and it's never shared with anyone. If you don't log in, it's never set.
We also use a small piece of session storage to remember that you've already seen the loading animation, so it doesn't replay as you move around the site. It disappears when you close the tab.
Analytics is opt-in. On your first visit we ask whether Google Analytics may set its cookie so we can count visits and see which events and pages earn their place — decline and nothing loads, and the site works identically. It's never used for advertising and never shared.
There are no advertising cookies and no other third-party trackers. Our error monitoring (Sentry, hosted in the EU) runs so we hear about breakages; it doesn't set tracking cookies and isn't used to profile you.
